It's easy! The law requires you to do some of the work. So, watch us add all the ingredients to the fermenter, learn about the process along the way, and then add the yeast yourself.
Done, you’ve just made wine!
Also, we can custom-make your wine; we can leave out the sulphites, leave out the oak, make it less sweet, or we can do the opposite. You tell us what you want, and we’ll make it happen. And with our equipment, bottling and packaging are easy too.

We enjoy every day that we can continue this tradition and build on the legacy of making fine wines and beers.
